I don’t understand some folks. Maybe I should state that differently.
I don’t understand a lot of Facebook folks.
I’m hearing someone crying about the Movement riffraff as they were eating at Texas de Brazil. For those that are unaware, Texas de Brazil is an all-you-can-eat buffet that costs between $35-45 depending on your salad choice.
But here’s what that one specific person doesn’t quite understand. Movement “riffraff” are anything but. It costs $95/day at this event now. No riffraff can afford that.
Furthermore, there are a LOT of foreign attendees at Movement. It is a huge International draw to the area–which means they spent even more money to be there. Hotel fees, possibly airline fees or at least fuel costs to even be there.
Suggesting that some group is riffraff when they are paying out hundreds more than you to be in the area is definitely a case of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
Seriously. Why do people even Facebook?
